This is Fine (FINE) - The Latest Elon Musk-Backed Memecoin Phenomenon?

When it comes to the crypto space’s most legendary memecoin creations, it’s hard to overlook the Elon Musk-shilled Dogecoin (DOGE) ecosystem.

After amassing a whopping market cap of $88.8 billion in May 2021, the entrepreneurial GOAT’s influence on all-things tech has proven to be unmatched, which is why in wake of a seemingly cryptic tweet over the past couple of days, we have reason to believe that there’s another memecoin mooner on the horizon.

This is Fine ($FINE)

The memecoin in question is called ‘This is Fine’ ($FINE), an ERC-20 token that launched on Uniswap earlier this month.

As its artwork suggests, the token is inspired by the iconic ‘Jake the Dog’ meme from cartoon TV series ‘Adventure Time’. More specifically, the coin’s imagery centres around a famous scene that sees Jake sitting in a room full of flames, sipping on a warm beverage whilst muttering the words ‘this is fine’.

Of course, this humorous way of coping with chaos and difficulty instantly resonates with memecoin enthusiasts and degen crypto traders, as they too have experienced the same level of helplessness when bearing the brunt of the crypto winter, as well as the all-encompassing market volatility that surrounds crypto trading.

Even without the alleged involvement of Musk - which we’ll get to - the project garnered interest from the very get-go due to its creator being none other than Lord Kek - i.e the founder of the Pepe the Frog (PEPE),  which inaugurated itself into the memecoin hall of fame after its industry-shaking performance in Q2 of this year.

Elon Musk’s Possible Bullishness For FINE

Elon Musk - along with other influential figures from the Crypto Twitter (X) space such as Wall Street Silver- are speculated to be engaging in ‘shadow tweeting’ around the project. For those who don’t know, ‘shadow tweeting’ is a social media marketing tactic that aims to garner curiosity and fascination from onlooking communities through the use of hints and cryptic messages.

For Wall Street Silver, the 1+ million-followed account added the image of Jake the Dog to their X banner, whilst more poignantly, Musk replied ‘it’s fine’ to a seemingly irrelevant tweet that asked whether it’s ‘unethical to buy/wear vintage fur coats’. Here, many followers responded to Elon’s tweet by echoing the sentiment that ‘it’s fine’.

In wake of Elon’s otherwise redundant tweet, FINE saw a mini price-pump from $0.000000043882 to $0.000000055451 (per CoinGecko).

Other FINE Marketing Endeavours- Potential Binance Acquisitions?

In following the footsteps of its PEPE predecessor, FINE is expanding its marketing outreach by way of Binance’s 1+ million email list.

Per a recent blog post, it’s also believed that the leading CEX has been ‘discreetly accumulating "$FINE" tokens while closely monitoring the project's progression’ (which has now been confirmed in the projects Telegram group).

FINE Tokenomics

Below is an outline of FINE’s tokenomics structure:
